If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at help@shopgoodokc.com so that we can take care of you.

Online Return Policy

For purchases made online, we offer returns for unused items that are in new condition with tags on within 60 days of purchase. Returns requested within 30 days of purchase are eligible for refunds, which are made to the original form of payment. Returns requested within 60 days of purchase are eligible for an exchange or return for store credit. Returns can be made by mail with an approved authorization number or in person at our Oklahoma City store. ID or proof of purchase is required for all in-person returns. 

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items not eligible for return or exchange: "Final Sale" clearance items, Shop Good gift cards and wholesale or custom orders. Seasonal items, perishable items and limited edition collaboration items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

Free returns are available to contiguous US customers only, with prior authorization. Missing or damaged items/packages must be reported within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To Request A Return Or Exchange For Your Online Order

  1. Email Us!
    Please locate your order number in your original confirmation email.
    Then send a message to us at help@shopgoodokc.com requesting a return and include your order number in the email.

  2. Print Your Return Shipping Label
    We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label by email to print out and affix to your package. No additional postage necessary!

  3. Package Your Item(s)
    Please make sure to package your items securely and use tape to seal your package, to keep your items safe from damage on the return trip. Make sure to cover up the old shipping label with the new one, if re-using the same packaging!

  4. Send Your Return Back to Us
    Drop your package off at any authorized facility for the carrier on your label (USPS or UPS). For USPS Priority Mail, you can hand your package off to your mail carrier! Please note that Shop Good is not responsible for returns that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Please allow 5-10 business days for returns processing. An email notification of your return or exchange will be emailed to you once processed. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of your returned items. Please allow 3-5 days from your successful return for refunds to appear, based on bank processing time.

Free returns are available only to contiguous-US customers. A return shipping fee will apply to all other customers.

Returning Online Purchases In Person

We’re happy to help you make return or exchange at our Oklahoma City store. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip, as well as your ID, with you. Refunds are made only to the original form of payment.
